Tenant Protection
Gray & Co is a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme. You can find out more details on the agent’s website or by contacting the agent directly.
Tenants will be required to lodge with Gray & Co a Dilapidation Deposit, which will be equivalent to 5 weeks rent. This is retained to compensate the Landlord should any damage occur to the property which is deemed beyond normal wear and tear. Gray & Co lettings are members of the Mydeposits Scheme). Deposits are held in a client account and are formally registered with mydeposits. This deposit will be fully refundable upon expiry of a tenancy providing that the property is found to be in acceptable condition and there are no outstanding charges to be deducted. ONCE THE DILAPIDATION DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID TO GRAY & CO THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE IF THE TENANT CHANGES THEIR MIND AND CHOSES NOT TO TAKE THE TENANCY
